Not Finding New Feed Items

Sometimes the script will appear to run normally, but if I were to pause it and restart the script, it discovers tweets that have been in the feed for sometimes hours.
I will try to run a test of the script and save the output from the terminal to a text file. Perhaps then I will have more information for you.
